Data we collect

To date, the site only collects the data you voluntarily provide: when you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address.

No other personal data is collected through a form. Limited technical data (IP address, browser type) may be processed automatically by the host for security and to operate the site.

Purpose and legal basis

Your email address is used only to send you the PapyRenko newsletter (new releases, behind the scenes).

The legal basis for processing is your consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR), given when you subscribe. You can withdraw it at any time.

Processor and data hosting

Sending the newsletter and managing the subscriber list are handled by our processor Resend (Resend, Inc.). Data may be processed outside the European Union; Resend undertakes to comply with the GDPR through the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Retention period

Your email address is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, it is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights over your data: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability.
